at the county, state, and local level, inventory of vacant lant, existing
buildings for sale or lease, and new projects under construction that are
high-quality, high-function facilities, that incorporate the latest features,
and technologies such as greater clear heights, larger truck courts, and
functional office layouts. All are important factors in analyzing which options
best meet the client's physical, and financial parameters.
- We will indentify a select group of financially strong
owners and knowledgeable design build developers who specialize in the
coordination and completion of the complicated development process. We also
focus on what is critical for the company rather than just desire. Our goal is
to indentify a minimum of five viable alternatives to choose from.
- During the course of our services, we devote time and
attention necessary to assist and guide the client through this process until
an agreement is consummated between the customer and the owner/developer, and
the customer receives a certificate of occupancy from the building
department
